What type of carpet cleaning do you offer?
We offer steam-assisted carpet cleaning: steam helps loosen stubborn spots, water and cleaning solution lift dirt, rotating brushes agitate the fibers, and suction extracts the dirty water. Stain results and drying times vary with carpet condition and ventilation. Furniture and mattress cleaning uses water-based extraction on suitable fabrics and does not include steam treatment. Can carpet cleaning be booked separately or with house cleaning?
Both options are available. Carpet cleaning starts at $80 per room up to 200 sq. ft. It is priced separately when added to house cleaning. A $95 minimum per visit applies to carpet, furniture, and mattress cleaning. Select your house cleaning service and the carpet add-on on the estimate form for a combined quote.
Do you clean carpets, furniture, and mattresses?
Yes. Carpet cleaning starts at $80 per room up to 200 sq. ft. Furniture cleaning starts at $100 for a sofa, $85 for a loveseat, $180 for a 2-piece sectional, and $70 for an armchair. Mattress cleaning starts at $80 for a twin, $90 for a full, $100 for a queen, and $115 for a king. A $95 minimum per visit applies to these services. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and use high-quality cleaning products for every scheduled service. If you prefer a specific product, tell us when booking.
How can I receive a cleaning estimate?

Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service based on your household, cleaning needs, and budget.
Will I have the same cleaning crew each time?
We send the same crew to recurring clients whenever possible, allowing them to learn your home, pets, priorities, and preferences.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Joselin's Signature Cleaning is insured and bonded for added protection and peace of mind.
Do you background-check your cleaners?
Yes. Every cleaner we hire is screened and completes a background check before entering customers' homes.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
No. We can complete the service while you are away as long as safe, clear access instructions are arranged beforehand.
What if I have a concern after cleaning?
Contact us promptly and explain the concern. We will review it and work with you toward an appropriate solution.
What is the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning covers regular upkeep. Deep Cleaning adds baseboards, fans, vents, fixtures, doors, switches, interior windows, buildup, and deeper kitchen and bathroom attention.
Does my home need to be empty for move cleaning?
Yes. Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning is specifically for empty homes and apartments without furniture or personal belongings.
Which services cost extra?
Inside oven, refrigerator, cabinets, and drawers are available as add-ons for any cleaning service at an additional cost.
